Recently, two enterprises named China Railway Materials Jianlong Supply Chain Technology Co., Ltd. and China Railway Materials Jianlong Southwest Supply Chain Co., Ltd. were quietly established. This is an important measure to deepen cooperation between Jianlong Group and China Railway Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Railway Materials) after they signed a strategic cooperation agreement in July 2020.

This time, Jianlong Group, with its two subsidiaries Heilongjiang Jianlong Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Heilongjiang Jianlong) and Shanxi Jianlong Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shanxi Jianlong) as the main body, has jointly established joint ventures with China Railway Materials, aiming to build two regional supply chain comprehensive service platforms in the northeast and northwest.

The two joint ventures will vigorously develop the steel business and engineering terminal sales business in the northeast and southwest regional markets, build a digital supply chain integrated service platform, provide integrated services such as logistics distribution, warehousing handling and processing, supply chain finance, big data analysis and utilization, continuously expand the business scale and improve the business efficiency.

It is reported that China Railway Materials Jianlong Supply Chain Technology Co., Ltd. is jointly invested by Heilongjiang Jianlong Investment Group, China Railway Materials and Heilongjiang Zhenzhi Investment Partnership, accounting for 45%, 45% and 10% of the shares respectively; China Railway Materials Jianlong Southwest Supply Chain Co., Ltd. is jointly invested by Shanxi Jianlong, China Railway Materials and Chengdu Hexin Juying Enterprise Management Partnership (hereinafter referred to as Chengdu Hexin Juying), accounting for 45%, 45% and 10% of the shares respectively. At present, the above two joint ventures have recently obtained business licenses.

In the future, the above two joint ventures will fully combine the strategic layout of Jianlong Group in the northeast and northwest regions, rely on its product brand advantages and complete variety structure advantages, as well as the advantages of China Railway Materials in the steel supply chain integrated services in the northeast and southwest regional markets, so as to achieve the integration of resource, market, logistics and supply chain finance, work together to deepen the integrated supply chain service of steel, strengthen the integration ability of upstream and downstream resource in the industrial chain, create a supply chain service platform with significant core competitive advantages in the field of steel, and form a radiation driving role in the steel industry ecosystem in northeast and southwest China.
