On July 9, Heilongjiang Jianlong Investment Group and China National Building Materials Northern Cement Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Northern Cement) signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Harbin. Liu Fenghe, executive vice president of Heilongjiang Jianlong Investment, and Li Shuhai, executive vice president of Northern Cement, signed the contract on behalf of both parties.

According to the agreement, the two sides will carry out the whole industry chain cooperation in two-way strategic procurement of products, resource utilization of solid waste and hazardous waste, strategic emerging industries, etc., so as to promote the transformation and upgrading and high-quality development of the two sides, promote each other, and achieve win-win cooperation.

Northern Cement Co., Ltd. is one of the core enterprises in the cement business sector of China Building Materials Co., Ltd. and another large Cement Group cultivated by China Building Materials after China United Cement and South Cement. It is also the largest cement building materials production enterprise in Northeast China. It is hoped that by accelerating the integration of advantageous resources such as science and technology, innovation, resources and industrial chain of both sides, new breakthroughs can be achieved in the development of enterprises.
